This policy explains how Riviu (https://agent.dalat.riviu.vn) collects, uses and protects your information, including data received through TikTok.

1. Information we collect

From TikTok (only with your permission): basic profile (open ID, display name, avatar), profile info (profile link, bio, verified status), account statistics (follower, following, like and video counts), list of your public videos and their metrics, and the status of posts you publish through Riviu.
Content you upload: videos, photos and captions you choose to post.
Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.

2. How we use it

To log you in and show your profile and statistics in your Riviu dashboard.
To upload or post content to TikTok only when you request it, and to show post status.
To let you choose which of your TikTok videos to feature on Riviu.

We do not sell your data and do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling.

3. Sharing

We share data only with TikTok (to perform actions you request), with service providers that host our infrastructure, or when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we operate in Vietnam. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the actions you authorize. We keep data only as long as your account is connected or as needed for the purposes above.

5. Your choices and deletion

You can revoke Riviu's access at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security & permissions → Apps and services). When access is revoked or you email us, we delete your TikTok data and tokens within 30 days.

6. Children

Riviu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
