Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Riviu (https://agent.dalat.riviu.vn), a food & travel media service based in Da Lat, Vietnam ("Riviu", "we", "us"). By using Riviu you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Riviu publishes food and travel reviews and provides tools that let creators and partner businesses (such as restaurants) connect their TikTok account, publish and schedule videos and photo posts, and view statistics of their own content.

2. Accounts and TikTok connection

You may log in with TikTok. You authorize Riviu to access only the TikTok data and actions you approve on the TikTok consent screen. You can disconnect at any time in your TikTok settings (Security & permissions → Apps and services) or by contacting us. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Riviu a limited license to store, process and post that content to TikTok only as you instruct. You must own or have rights to everything you upload and must not post illegal, infringing, misleading or harmful content. Nothing is posted to your TikTok account without your action and confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or use Riviu in violation of TikTok's Community Guidelines or applicable Vietnamese law.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Riviu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages or changes of third-party platforms such as TikTok.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Riviu and request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
